The art of creating the perfect home

When it comes to designing a perfectly comfortable and welcoming home, the key is to look beyond common trappings of flamboyant techniques, and seek ways which make the space seem unselfconscious and casual at heart.

A prime example is the design of the door.  When you open the door, does it lead you freely into an open and roomy space?  Many forget the dire importance of having open space in one’s home.  It’s the open space in your home which helps create open space in your heart and mind.  Without this, what fun would a home be?
